 The Company: AdLeg is a fast-growing marketing company that works with online coaches and course creators to scale their businesses with YouTube Ads and Google Ads.
 The Impact: We help clients who, in turn, help their own clients. Our work produces a ripple effect that generates big waves in the world of personal and business growth.
 The Role: Executive Assistant - This role requires knowledge of the online marketing industry and advanced organization and communication skills.
 Location: This is a mostly virtual position, but you must live in the United States as some travel will be needed for company retreats and other events.
 Hours: This is a full-time position. You will be required to work during daytime hours as there will be regular daily communication and strategy sessions with the rest of the team.
 Pay: We offer competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses and can discuss details if you are a good fit.
What Are The Qualifications For This Role?
 You are a lifelong learner and you never think you have all the answers. You actively seek out new learning opportunities (books, courses, events, etc.) to develop yourself and improve your skills.

What Will You Be Doing?
 You will be working with a team of A-Players to help run and grow a fast-paced marketing agency.
 You will communicate with the team and with prospects and partners in a timely manner and prioritize communication to ensure the most important issues are resolved first. You will regularly use Zoom for live internal and external communication. You will use email (external) and Slack (internal) for written communication.
 You will be managing our sales pipeline - emailing and speaking with prospects to determine fit before the prospect talks to the sales team. If a prospect is not a good fit for us, but is a good fit for one of our referral partners, you will make an introduction to the appropriate partner.
 You will become a specialist in every partner's business. You'll know exactly who the partner's target customer is. You'll strive to identify the best possible internal or external solution for every sales prospect.
 You will be taking notes during team meetings, and ensuring that items discussed are properly documented, prioritized, and assigned to the responsible team members.
 You will be packaging and mailing gifts to clients and other people.
 You will be managing the CEO’s schedule. You will be coordinating speaking and interview requests, and will be managing other communication to and from the CEO.
 You will be taking care of any other organization/communication/administrative task that gets thrown at you. Nothing will be routine.
 You will be doing whatever it takes to ensure the success and growth of AdLeg and our partners.
